(aka Dr. P.) CEO, Cofounder, Senior Producer/Engineer, Song Writer, Instrumentalist, and Vocalist. CO-executive Producer and Production Director for all Artists signed to FIA's labels. Live background primarily encompasses club, concerts, and tour bands. He spent five years as studio musician in Nashville (early 80's). Primary instructor in FIA Learning Institute for classes including Recording Methods, Understanding Midi, Sequencing with Cakewalk, Digital Roland Recorder Training, and others.

Katrina Pollard Cofounder of FIA Corporation. CO-executive Producer and CO-writer on numerous gospel projects. Media Advertising Concept Design and Director of Media Relations. With a background in all aspects of the newspaper industry and media relations, Katrina directs all aspects of artist promotions. She is a writer and novelist with interests in film production and the founder of Positiv, the motivational information newsletter.
